If you experience water damage in a carpeted room, our experienced technician will pull up the carpet and remove the carpet padding underneath. Once all the affected areas are thoroughly dry and the dry out process has been completed we will begin the restoration process. We will install new carpet padding as well as any tack strip if needed. Then we will stretch the carpet back into place. All of our carpet stretching labor does come with a two year warranty. Once the carpet is back in place we will clean the carpet and treat it with a disinfectant called Benefect. Benefect, is a botanical disinfectant that kills over 99.99% of bacteria and fungi.
