Phoenix Water Damage Services‘ owner, Robert Atlas, met up with Dusty Bell of The Cleaner’s Blueprint to be interviewed on how he expanded his original business, Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning, from 1 to 24 locations (and counting). Robert started his very first carpet cleaning company at 19 years young. His career path then led him towards working in the ministry for 17 years where he was rewarded by being a minister. When he left the ministry he decided to pick up where he left off and opened Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning here in the valley. After his business was established and flourishing he decided give back and help others. He now offers people the opportunity to be their own bosses by opening their own Carpet Repair & Cleaning businesses, no experience needed. Robert presently partners with 24 different locations in places like Salt Lake City, Chicago, Las Vegas and Minneapolis just to name a few. Robert talks about how he stays at the top of his local markets in Google searches and how his straightforward system has has helped him achieve over 4400 reviews. This is also due in large part to providing customers with amazing customer service as well as sharing before and after pictures of all jobs(even the not so perfect pictures). He also speaks about people who have inspired him and who have motivated him to continue growing and adding new services to his own business. Barry Costa with the Costa Group Education is one of those people and another person would be Chris Howell with Colorful Carpets who trained and certified Robert on carpet dyeing. Strategies For Success with Jon Don has also been a huge help in continuing his education in this industry. If you think Robert’s tried-and-true systems can help you start your own carpet repair & cleaning business. Or if you already have a cleaning business and are interested in growing your business by adding carpet repair to your services feel free to reach out to Robert. He’d love to hear from you.
